About Me

Cool, calm, and caffeinated. Having gone to school and worked in the city of Pittsburgh, Courtney has been inspired by an incredible level of growth, innovation, and determination. As a marketing and entrepreneurial graduate, Courtney applied her education through various internships including a start up website (Active Cities), ALDI, creative agency (Actual Size), rue21, and Trusst Brands. Her internship at Trusst Brands morphed into a full-time position as a Digital Marketing Specialist where she became fluent in email marketing, social media management, and affiliate marketing.

Following working at Trusst, Courtney gained experience with SEM working at Merkle. She became certified in Google SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads. She not only audited hundreds of thousands of keywords, completed daily negations, and ran weekly reports; she also gained a firm understanding of complying to budgets, completing projects within tight deadlines, and quickly adapting to client requests.

Looking for a smaller team, Courtney then moved to Fitt where she applied her previous skills to her new role as a Marketing Coordinator. She focused on email building and analytics, Facebook/Instagram ad creation and analytics, alongside any other marketing or analysis needs. 

​

She has since worked with Knotzland across all marketing fronts through social media, email creation, some graphic design, and blog writing. 

​

With a busy schedule and hunger to learn, the coffee always comes in handy. Aside from balancing her marketing career and coaching at [solidcore]; Courtney has also worked with local businesses creating marketing and branding content for various events and specials. The partnerships have proven beneficial for both parties, and Courtney is constantly looking to expand her client base and experience.
